I misread the post..."The Bf109E-7/Trop was an iteration on the Bf109E-4/Trop"...I thought this was the E-4. The E-4 had a round sand filter, the E-7 had a box as Rad has shown. As I said in my first post, nice model.

Takiwa, you just thought you were some kind of wiseguy, then you got burned...unfortunately for you, every model coming out of FH factory has the Taranov Seal Of Quality, which means, every historical detail is scanned over and over again for flaws.

I can't wait for this mod. I remember hoping around this time that it would have been released by now, but good things come to those who wait.

E-4/Trop air filter was identical to the E-7/Trop. Both Square. You Might be thinking of the bf109G's... Their Filter's were round, but the filter wasn't the only differnce between the E's and G's... it was a totally different looking bird.

I hear ya man. I (we) we've been waiting a very long time for this and other (DCON) mods to come out. I bought DOD:S the other day to keep me busy until one of these mods come out. But like you said, I'm sure it will be all worth the wait.
