Battleracer Christmas Pack Released

Sir. Elxx has sent us some news today about the release of a holiday themed pack for the Battleracer mod. Here's what he had to say:

As a gift for Battleracer fans around the world, we have a new winter-themed track for you to play. Santa's Raceway is a quite difficult medium-sized track with lots and lots of snow, narrow mountain roads, and perhaps a few surprises. It was created by [R-DEV]Rhino, [R-DEV]Sofad, and |-TC-|Lego of the Project Reality mod team - many thanks to them.

And of course, all your lap and race times on +R servers will be sent to http://br-central.elxx.net/ so you try and nab the best times.

To play, simply install to your Battleracer directory.

These trees look dangerous somebody will sure get owned by those-And i will not be that person .u can dl the battleracer almost ahywhere it so popular mod like the sandbox.

Rhino was showing this to me a little while back and I was thrilled to hear Elxx wanted it for BR. Great little map.

Finaly got my mods working (needed to make shortcuts so I could use the widescreen hack).
Just going to custom games from BF2 made mods look horrible


Anyway, got this and the map pack but I don't see any servers...
I've got 1.29 - clicked same mod - nothing

Joined a server and got all the way to Joining stage & it crashed to Desktop. Twice.

I'm updated to BR 1.29 - any ideas?

Edit to add: Started through BF2->Mods menu & it shows BR as being at version 1.22 still, is that an installer bug?
