There is a new update posted today over at the Operation Peacekeeper mod website. Here's what they had to say:

We wish a merry christmas 2006 to the whole BF-Community and all modteams! We feel sorry for the delay of OPK 0.18, it´s caused by private problems of some of our important teammembers. We will try to release it as fast as possible. Thank you for your patience. We'll be back with regular OPK updates for you in 2007, there are some new maps, vehicles and other surprises waiting for you! But the next days we all will celebrate with our families and friends. We wish you all many big and small presents, maybe there's also something for you in our DevDiary...
