Was that guy taking pictures on low graphics settings? They actually look quite crappy compared to other media released by the DCON team. The guns and models look like dung in these pics...

Yeah, it all looks amazing. I'm sure that's not what is going to be released to us. I have a good feeling that it'll be around 10times better than that.

Plus it has a LB...and from what DC has done...it will be awesome.

I will be playing the piss out of this mod. Very excited for this map. It's just that we want as many people as possible to check it out.

Yeah they're OK, maybe fine, but relative to most other dcon examples they are less gorgeous. As the director of PR for this mod, you must agree to some degree.

If he spent a hundred man-hours making this level, why not take the 5 minutes to capture some pretty examples to show the world?The JPEG compression level is way more than neccessary...it gives it a muddled effect. And from looking at the vehicles, it looks like the screenshot was taken at low lighting/model detail, and no AA.

As a developer of this mod and a fan as well, I think they look great. Really, maybe better than great.

They look better than BF2 pics, and better than most other MOD map shots I have seen. Granted, its tough to beat FH2 standards no matter who is doing the work or taking the screen shots.

Luckily for all of us, we all get multiple free games out of the work.

Our mappers have put out some lush beautiful maps for everyone to get their kill on! These maps coupled with new vehicles and weapons and GPM's makes for some great game play.

Man I can't wait, when is this being released again! lol

You obviously never played that map during Desert Combat days.
US gets the little bird and BH (with gunners) and Iraqi side gets a gazelle. I believe both side get a mobile AA, tank and light vehicle.

i think the iraqi side had mobile AA and Spandrel at the helli pad flag and i think it was a t-72 on the flag just below it.

the US had the bradley mobile AA 2 hummers (one with the tow) at spawn, was there a tank aswell?? or was it just the bradley.

oh and the maps looking sweet.
