Forgotten Hope 2 Mod Update

There is a new update posted today over at the Forgotten Hope 2 mod website. Here's what they had to say:

Hello and welcome back to another update of Forgotten Hope. Today is a special update, as we are able to reveal another player model, one of the most complicated things needed for the mod. But, before we get to the images and descriptions there are a few other items that are worth mentioning.

As you can tell by glancing at any of the images below, todays update features Forgotten Hope's "Tommy" or British Soldier. The explanations of how the name Tommy Atkins came to stand for all British soldiers are too numerous to mention here, but it is safe to say that the nickname was widespread during the First World War, and was still common during the Second. dear mother of god. they actually have met all and every one of my wildest expectations. someone dare say they are dissapointed, because then they are a liar.

p.s. on a more personal note, i bid farewell to rad as he leaves the dev team, and i thank him for not only this but all the incredible work hes done building FH from the very very beginning. him being one of the fore founders of the mod, i suggest everyone do the same at this thread

Great work....Human models could be a little more realistic though. I find them too....clean, u should add some more dirt over them..

Great update

The vids are well worth a view.....especially enjoyed the big green blobby germans too

Models look excellent FH.... great work and looking forward to the africa beta!

Awsome work there, but they look a bit plastic to me. Some more dirt, less reflection off the skin and shirt would be nice- to make em look a bit more rough. Remind me of Bf2-sf skins.
But thats just me, top notch work nevertheless.

Hope they also change the physics the ragdolls have in Bf2. It`s like they weigh less than 1 kg.
