Looks like a 3dsmax materials terrain texture, how did you do that one?.
the sand is the common bf2 rippled. I believe clooney used teragen for the color/heights. He's made new colormaps for it since these pics tho...

This would never be an issue if modmakers
a - paired the Hind against the MH60 and paired the AH64 with the Havok or KA52
          or
b - made the Hind very very tough (.50 cal resistant) - with greater tonnage of armaments

Not every chopper is meant to fight with each other. The Hind is not meant to fight the Apache, although thanks to real physics and DC style games, a good Hind pilot could squash an Apache noob anyday. Can I get an Amen from a DC player here!!!!

The Hind kicks *** for attacking flags, and making mince meat of Vehicles and tanks. There are planes that are better for dog fighting, and some that are better for air to ground atacks.

The Hind rocks, so do all assets when used correctly, or twisted by a sick S.O.B. that you just cant seem to take down.

BF2 sucks for this kind of stuff, its a noobs dream. Talent and skill should always trump noob style, BF2 has removed that fact. If you dont understand what I mean by that, you will have a chance to learn the hard way, very soon. Muhahaha

Ok, i'm seeing where this mod is different from USI now, i think.

What exactly was so different from DC and BF2? Besides the obvious things like vehicles etc..

everything was different bro. You can get a copy of 1942 for like 15 bucks, and play some DC. Best MOD ever, and my favorite online fighter of any make, period.

First time you fly, you crash or get owned. Skill trumps all in DC, and one or two kick *** guys on your side can turn the entire game around.

I am foaming talking about it, ahhhhhhhhhhh.

looks pristene. one complaint - the gun looks odd. I assume it's the 3-barrel version but it just doesn't live up to the detail of the rest of the ship.

I'll see about a cockpit view tonight.
give your mapper this link: http://bfeditor.org/forums/index.php...1&hl=lowdetail

Theres nothing like some good help with this editor, lol.

However, having just played some rounds on our Gazala remake, I dont want the map team to change one single thing about thier production. Well just have to wait to release to prove it, but I promise you, everything is going according to plan.

without low detail maps, apart from the terrain looking as nothing as good as it should, it will also crash users that are running under medium GFx settings.
