Operation Peacekeeper Mod Update

The Operation Peacekeeper mod website has been updated today with a bunch of new screenshots of a map called "Wildgans". Check it out below:

Today we would like to present you a new map - called "Wildgans" - from Gladi. This map was primarily designed for aearial combat, but that doesn´t mean that ground troops are less important.

As we all know, the brant belongs to the migratory birds and therefore gameplay also precedes here quickly. Designed for a varied aerial combat, both Serbian and German troops can use their entire aircraft equipment. So tanks and infantry should pay more attention to the "metal-containing-air", if they are going for the middle. This picturesque small village, settled on a river, however, is controlled by Serbian troops. It`s an important strategic point for them and should not be taken by German troops too easily.

this map will be included in 0.2. We will first release 0.16, We have to complete some of the needed Vehicles first...

Nice looking map, it looks like a few old DC/Bf1942 maps all smashed together...

I am pulling for this mod, its really solid,......

I still hold true to someday seeing you guys work with the POE2 team, together you would offer us Euro fighting at its best.....I can dream.

I would prefer they remain seperate as well. I think the OPK guys have made a better mod overall and want them to continue doing what they have been.

I dont think PoE can reach this level on detail anymore - did a awesome jpb on BFv but im really disappointed in poe² - OPK is much more detail and with less bugs and even better performance...

anyway - awesome updates as ever - cant wait to fly the new helicopters

I like OPK just fine but it can not touch POE. Gameplay or details. I think the map looks great but if it is like all the other maps in the mod then no thanks. Every time I have tried to play this mod I end up in a giant game of flag tag because each map has more flags than players (Ok it is not that bad but close).

I am also not very fond of the way the vehciles handle as something just does not feel right at all. Everything feels glitchy and buggy and of course the random disconnects but from what I am told that is a BF2 issue and not OPK's fault, although I don't get the problem with other mods like PoE and PRMM.

Improve your gameplay (Hard to comment too much on this since most of the time maps are flag tag.) and vehicle physics, tweak your maps, and work on your skins some more and this would be really good mod. For just starting out it is great.
