WOW!! I didnt expect top see a modder insulting another one. Unless I misread your sarcasm. I agree though, why the trolls are allowed to just hang out and be rude is a good question. Make a comment about what you did or didnt like about a finished product.

But why be a total flame tard about people working hard, who are trying to finish what there doing, and show their fans the progress. They wont name a date till its ready, nobody will (and we all saw why).

FH2 still looks amazing, and the renders are basically AAA title looking stuff.

Every day the player base for BF2 shrinks, logically the BF2 mods player base shrinks with it. Those who dispute this fact are simply in denial. Those who yell "TROLL" when someone points outthe shrinking BF2 player base are idiots.

Seems like you didnt read much before saying that. No one has said that the BF2 community isnt shrinking, of course it is. Thats what happens to games over time, people move on.

These guys have said over and over that the real fans of this mod will play it, and they will get a completed and well wrapped product. Unlike some mods that have already released and died. The word "Troll" fits the dorks waiting for the chance to be rude and insulting. The word "Troll" fits the dorks who keep repeating themselves, even though the people that this thread is about dont care or agree, at all.

If theres no chance this or other mods will have any players, then leave. Go find a place that makes sense. Theres no reason for them to stick around and talk crap. Cant MYiS make a new forum and call it "Im a Sh@t talking loudmouth Troll douche bag"? It would fill up quick, believe me

Hey guys, I have been following your progress and it's amazing, truly amazing. You guys have skills to pay the bills but do the free deals and I dig that.

As far as Joker goes, please don't be so harsh on him. He has a right to his opinions. He may be viewed as childish, but can't we look past that and be the adults? Look at the good side, it seems like 5150 Joker is coming around, thank you for the post Joker, glad to see you're finally starting to be more helpful opposed to negative. I think it's great that Lobo and the other guy are making videos (I don't mind because it's their free time anyway). Good job guys, keep up the good work, and good job FH and DCON on the video.

Hey guys. I haven't posted at the home forums in while, but after reading a few pages here it made me want to be vocal again and show my support (though FH never lost it). This update is awesome, finally we can replace that dice Pz 4 and these 2 look great, Omni did a great job. Keep up that hard work, you guys know the fans will be around, we all know that, be strong, keep it real brothas!!!

As one of our other devs said, people downloaded counterstrike after Half-Life stopped being updated, people downloaded and paid for Red Orchestra even though you could get it for free on UT2k4, people were still playing BF1942, Desert Combat and FH in far higher numbers than BF:Vietnam.

Its not when it is released, it is how good the game is. If it offers something different, is fun, and has a great atmosphere, people will play it.

First off, I would like to say that I agree with everyone about the amazing work they have been doing over at the FH HQ, and I'm sure this mod will be perfect in every sense.

However, I registered on these forums just to say that I also agree with alot of other people when they say the updates and no release dates are starting to take a toll. I've been visiting totalbf2 nearly everyday for the past year, looking for updates on FH and praying for a release date....which, obviously, hasn't materialized yet. I understand that perfection takes time but jesus christ, it's been almost a year.

It really pains me to say anything bad about the FH team, but the carrot on a stick thats been in front of my face for the past year is really starting to make me lose intrest. At least give us an extremely rough idea of when the mod will be out. Christmas, Mid-2007, End of 2010, I don't think we care any more, we just want a rough idea. Perhaps release a super mini-mod with just one map and the vehicles that are finished, something, anything.

I can’t help but feel (at least to some degree) that you’re being facetious to some degree. Joker was just giving a point of view that wasn’t yours or mine; nevertheless his view is valid. Instead of being juvenile and retorting with childish antics you could posit something valuable to extinguish his views or at least change them some what. When ever someone stated their opinion he told them why those weren’t his. I have seen nothing but attacks on him in regards to his viewpoint. Alas (I assume, because his posts are gone), he deleted his post and has decided that some people here are too childish to debate with. Again, please, don’t be facetious; sarcasm generally shows insecurities, and you have no reason to be insecure around me. I refuse to be cynical and belittle anyone, I consider myself to be above that (no, it doesn’t mean I view myself above anyone else, I just don’t play these games).

You really must have missed about 99% of his posts in the past. If you think people are just harsh on him for no reason, or that he simply wants to debate a relevant topic, then I think you should research it more. Since you are assuming a lot here in his defense. Opinions are fine, this has nothing to do with anyones opinion really.

If you actually believe that the video he posted is really the two devs, then there is a serious booh booh there. I am not being sarcastic either. I bet his posts were removed by an admin, at least they should have been.
