funny how everyone is screaming for a release, even going so far as saying they'd take an unfinished beta.....yet when another mod does just that, releases a beta, all they get is flamed and ridiculed.....what makes any of you think that the masses will try an unfinished FH2, see its full of bugs, uninstall it and completely dismiss any further releases these guys have because of there first release.....

people dont understand the word beta, what they see is the finished product, so the FH devs have to make it perfect, and doing so takes time.....

This is not a place to puke up your ideas about what makes a good mod, so why not go hang out with 5150Joker and pull each others chain.

Some people actually want modern combat mods, and you guys have no idea what it takes to develop anything, much like the face painted fat lonely guys at the NFL games, sideliners.

This is an FH2 update, showcasing more of thier work that blows us all away. There is no way to improve what FH2 is doing for thier mod. Go and rant here http://www.totalbf2.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=300.

I wasn't ranting, i was just saying that this mod will take a long time to make as it is very different and that becuase BF2 is a modern combat game already, any modern combat mod would be similair to BF2. That doesn't make them crap, i'm just saying that modern combat mods are therefore similair and so maybe thats why they aren't as popular.

Maybe thats why the community seems so small Mekstizzle. I think its because the players are so much younger than the ones I dealth with in the 1942/DC days, and I think everyone here that was around then knows that.

I used to play around people my age, now I am an old timer in my thirties. Younger people (in general, there are exceptions) move fast and jump from game to game. The older guys are looking for the one thats just right, we clan battle in it, and we enjoy the mods for years to come.

FH2 might just bring some of those sekeletons out of hibernating, or even create the new batch of us. It just hasnt happend quite yet, just a little progress so far.

Ill be here, ready when my own MOD, and definitely when FH2 comes out. It will be like old times, lol.

Success is finishing it to thier own set of standards. Having people enjoy it is the icing on top.

I already have my paper hat and noise maker FH2, and I love cake.

EDIT: look back over his previous posts - he has pretty much been telling mods what to do/bashing them for the last 6 months. How one could do that without even a warning is beyond me.

the 2 posts that were reported got deleted, mods/admins cant be everwhere at once and they dont know of every act someone does unless people use the report button
