Sir.Shpox, of the Battleracer mod team, has recently contacted us with some new information and screenshots. They are proud to announce that v1.29 of the mod will be coming out very soon. Take a look:

We've made a lot of progress with our upcoming 1.29 release.
We've been hard at work, testing tracks, creating circuits and tweaking the game as well as our newly added Battleracer sprint mode which is sure to be something fun for all you racers out there. 1.29 is very close to release as is expected to have the following additions:
NEW TRACKS:
- Kubra Dam - 2 Circuit, 1 Sprint
- Dragon Valley - 3 Circuit, 1 Sprint
- Jalalabad - 3 Circuit
- Urban Speedway - 1 Circuit
- Wake Island - 1 Sprint
That's 12 new tracks, bumping up the grand total in Battleracer to 22!
- New Paratrooper Jeep
- A few texture changes
- Reset Car function
- Additional anti-smacktard functions
- Bug fixes in the code
Sit tight, 1.29 is not far away.
