Battleracer Mod Update

We have been sent a new update today from the team behind the Battleracer mod. They bring new info as well as new in game screens. Take a look:

Hello Battleracer Fans, we have been very busy with the mod. For those of you that are not sure, Frac is no longer the battleracer mod leader, just to clean things up. Sorry for any of the confusion.

We have been hard at work with our "booster pack" release and it is expected to be done before the end of this month, sit tight.

Basically, the booster pack a number of new features such as the 6 new additional circuit racing tracks map including the new Road to Jalalabad map provided to us in 1.4 . We are also planning to include various cars, tracks and even the inclusion of the new game mode "Sprint" which will be a long distance rally style point to point race, covering various forms of terrain.

In additon to this, our current Battleracer +R ranking system will be having a series of updates to the current stat system including new ribbons and awards for the skilled drivers. Sit tight and keep on racing!

yeah...lol. i think i race on just about every map..hahaa..nothing else to do when you're waiting for a round to get going.

well love the mod guys its lookn' good and did i hear something about a GTo in one of the later posts?? how bout a charger? :]

They need to add the other buggy. Fav vehicle I think its called. That would be nice. Like it might be a bit slower but have better turning

The booster will probably have at least one map with the MEC FAV. If we do some testing and it works out well, it may be also added into the maps along with the current Battleracer FAAV, so you have a choice of vehicles when racing. :)

Look around the battleracer forums, now located in the sir community, I think more information about it is there. There are also some other surpises coming your way that are not public right now. :p
