The guys from the Desert Conflict mod are back today with a new update showcasing their HIND chopper in game. Have a look:

looks cool.

if i may suggest that some tweaks be done to the stock BF2 missile trail code/graphic. I think it needs to be more "smoke-like" and less "laser-like". Just looks like contrails to me. Perhaps some nice poofy smoke that maybe even envelops the cockpit glass for a second or 2.

I'm talkin clouds behind those missiles

Not bad looking, would have liked to see it on a DCon map rather than a stock Bf2 map.

60 odd rockets on the count though, that gotta be good.

Agreed with troybob, some thicker smoke would be good, though not sure if the smoke sexual orientation is an issue

is that hind the transport varient or the attack varient cos the transport looks the same as the attack and they are both armed

I WAS exited about this mod, but it just seems like normal bf2 or USI now. The DEV team seems to be moving REALLY slow too.
