Are they allowed to use content you have to pay for and distribute it to anyone who doesn't own the rights to?

I believe he's referring to the Tiger helicopter in one of the screens, because, I think, that he thinks, that it is ripped from Euro Force. I expect it is custom made by the mod' though, right?

since the patch make impossible to play with your last version, so i understand why you are waiting !

Afaik,Tactical War have been the first mod to show render of the tiger so don't worry it doesn't come from ea pack ...
