Battlefield Apocalypse Mod Update

The team behind the Battlefield Apocalypse mod is back today with a general progress update regarding all areas of their mod. Here's what they had to say:

I must say. I have spent quite a few days looking at as much as I could with the progress of battlefield apocalypse and things are progressing very well. I can say in my own opinon that when this modification is released to the public, it is going to make the community very happy. I am currently waiting on some WIP to release to the public. Which will be coming very soon.

Here is just a small insight to what is going on with BattleField Apocalypse. The Development team has released a new alpha build for the team. Which I must say looks outstanding. I spent about 4 hours striaght just checking everything out and having a blast with the newest weapons and maps the team is working on. They are not just bringing some half-assed modification to you. I wish more teams would release "half-assed junk", then I'd have more stuff to play. :laugh: Anyway, I'm looking forward to the media update, despite the elitism of this mod's PR.

Looks frikin great, there are some more screenshots on their website. I really like the detail put into custom animation. Eye-candy is always good.

I think they have a new PR guy - there were numerous spelling mistakes also.

The Thunderdome picture was impossible to see, its too dark. And I think the sniper rifle media has already been released before. Not much new here, I have a feeling the PR guy was just testing out his abilities to post news. I would have liked to see screenshots of the maps being released instead.
