Nope all I have is BF2, SF's, Euro, AF, and this mod.....never had anything like that on my system.....no bot mods have ever been installed.

BF2 Works fine, and the expansion and boosters.

    AI however, will not work.

I just DL'ed from a different site hopeing I had a corrupt file. Nope, it's still messed up...32 bots join 3/4's of them on one side. Single Player = Same thing!

        Anyone know a fix?

you need to adjust the 'bot ratio' in the menu screen to get balanced teams.

Okay, after a short test: Nice work for a "first release" with own content. But a lot to tweak, many bugs are in. And the perfomance is horrible. I think the team have to tweak and work first on a better perfomanace. Nice content, nice skins and models. I think some weapons need some more love in the detail, but it´s a good job.

Give them a chance... So enjoy playing, if your pc isn´t to weak.

Thats what I mean, no matter what I do, it's all the same. I have tryed to set the stuff on the options screen, in the server files themselves, and nothing works!

32 bots join no matter what on co-op or single player, and 3/4's of them are on one side.

              Aww well, dang it!

For the CTD's, try lowering your Sound Hardware Acceleration and your Sample Rate Conversion Quality.

For the bot ratio thing, I have these settings:

                    ServerSettings.con

                    sv.maxPlayers 72

                    sv.autoBalanceTeam 0
                    sv.teamRatioPercent 100
                    sv.coopBotRatio 100
                    sv.coopBotCount 36
                    sv.coopBotDifficulty 100

                    AIDefault.ai

                    aiSettings.overrideMenuSettings 1
                    aiSettings.setMaxNBots 72
                    aiSettings.maxBotsIncludeHumans 0
                    aiSettings.setBotSkill 1.0

                    For reference:

                    I have an Athlon 3500+
I use an 800x600 resolution with medium settings.
I have 2GB dual channel RAM with a 4GB pagefile.

I just tryied this mod out and wow...this is definitely one of the best mods that I've tried to date. It's even fun playing against the bots if the difficulty level is upped all the way.

You guys getting CTD in Co-Op?

I love Allied Intent (performance is great, maps are excellent, etc)... but when I play a Co-Op LAN game over here, the non-hosting computer crashes within a minute or so... (Singleplayer works flawlessly)

BF2 itself works fine Co-Op, so I'm assuming Allied Intent has some issue with mutiplayer/co-op... Anything I can do/try/install to remedy this? I'll try reducing the sound accelleration, but are there any other theories/fixes?

I'm running BF2Deluxe v1.3 both on XP machines...

                          ---A LITTLE LATER...---

Hey, I think that worked! I reduced the audio hardware accelleration.

As well, I had a theory that perhaps the AEX and Voip stuff was interfering. So, I switched those off on all accounts...

Running it now (LAN... 2 machines), and it's running just great so far.

Man, I'm relieved! I really am impressed with AI's maps and additions, and it was a shame I couldn't play it LAN until now.

Sweet stuff.... Thanks for the Audio Accelleration tip!
