Truck looks a bit clean even for clean owners. I think it would be a tadbit more dirty in the desert; things like oh say, sand wearing, tend to leave marks that don't come off no matter how clean. Dirty that sucker up :)

Just to be perfectly clear, though, the truck still looks awesome, just a bit out of place. It seems to me it'd look better inside of a repair shop in France or something.

It'd be nice if we could get an alpha build of FH2 out in the nearish future. I'm not so concerned about people becoming disinterested over time so much as I want some BF2-quality dubya dubya 2 action pronto now immediately yesterday!

I believe we have discussed the trucks weathering and it will be given a dust job (i dont think it looks THAT outta place - i think dust on tires would do the trick).

Alpha will be released when its ready - no sooner, no later... and you will all be informed in advance and you'll get what your given!!!!

I agree Jimbob. A little dust on the tires is fine. Dont ruin a beautifull skin like that simply for more realism IMO. A little funk, but dont put a Moo Moo on a Bikini model, its bad form.

As always... looks completely AMAZING.

I am looking forward to finally playing a very high quality mod for BF2. Oh, and thanks for all of the hard work. I'll be there on release day with a smile on my face. :)

your mod has taken a long time, and it looks really nice and all,
but I'm not expecting some gameplay breakthrough, and frankly, don't really care how long it takes you the hype has blown over

I'm sure it will be the same BF2 "shoot someone 10 times until their dead" disaster, i'm only posting this because I hope you've tweaked the damages to be more realistic and your going to prove me wrong.. but not likely huh :laugh:

Uh... no. Try Forgotten Hope for bf1942. If anything, the weapons are TOO powerful. Many of the bolt action rifles are as accurate and powerful as weapons-grade lasers. Two things:

1. What you're saying is in no way constructive criticism - it's just a downer for everyone, which leads me to my next pointish thing:

2. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.

Sorry for the numbers... I get like this when I'm tired. Basically what I'm saying is that if you just spew negativity, you're trolling. Doesn't matter if it's what you think.

Lol very presumptious, aren't you? I don't think anyone has to proove anything to you... Its a shame the hype has died for you - It certainly hasn't for me. You know, good things come to those who wait - And i am sure in this case waiting is a small price to pay for something that costs YOU nothing. But heck, I know some people who have put ALOT of work into this and well, I find your negativity quite insulting. Perhaps that really is the way you think and in real life your an a$$... but i'd like to give you a little more credit. Either way you are entitled to your opinion, even if it does pertain to your first post being such a great step in the right direction ( ) and your second being of equal optimism. All i know is - If you don't play this mod... I probably won't even blink. sorry.
