Watch the video in question from beginning to end. Although it does illegally sample team america, it's not comical, and it surely isn't impressive in terms of the player's skill or the video work, there is no story. Personally I thought it was a bit disturbing. Sonic Jihad said he made it to be funny, well it isn't funny. The whole 'allah akbah' (dunno how to spell that) chanting thing certainly does make it seem like some terrorist propaganda. Add to the that the complete lack of anything comical or skillfull, it's just a bunch of IED, RPG and suicide bombings. He even said he's Muslim and have you listened to this Paris rapper (who inspired SJ's nick)? Pretty subtle message there (sarcasm). Hell, he wouldn't even reveal his identity. I say he is a wannabe terrorist and now he's just trying to ******** his way out of the spotlight. I hope he finds his dumb ass locked up right next to Saddam. If he isn't some wannabe terrorist then he truely is an idiot.
Sure I hate Bush, sure I disagree with the way the U.S. has been going about things. But, that doesn't make S.J. any less of an idiot. Nor does it make any of you smarter for laughing at the media and calling them stupid when you probably didn't even watch the movie or read the **** I've been reading.
      GG Gaymers.

Even by your definition the invasion of Iraq was agression.

agression-violent action that is hostile and usually unprovoked
So even if youve been attacked, a counter attack is till agression, though usually not labeled as such because counter attack doesnt bother anyone.
So aggression is violent action that was unprovoked. Ok so invading Afhanistan was an unprovoked action, even though they willingly harbored, aided, and abetted, known terrorists responsible for killing 3,000 Americans, an unprovoked act of violence, terrorists of which they refused over and over again to turn over.

And the invasion of Normandy, well after Hitler completely demolished most of Europe, that invasion was an unprovoked act of violence.

That's called Pacifism, and it's a suicidal belief.

Folks, it's time to put on your tin foil hats

And who said anything about being nice? I have no desire to see us treat any terrorist morons nice. I just want them dead.

Using games for literal purpose? People don't get hurt within a game, so generally have little fear of running out in front of a tank (like I tend to do stupidly from time to time). Also the fitness levels of people vary, and the weight they have to carry. The endangerment whilst aiming, and the shot and recoil itself. No obstacles in BF2 like civilians (I'm glad) and then fact you are ending a person's life may hopefully pay effect on a shooter's mind. Games and War are different.

            Games are intended for entertainment.

Although, Postal 2 demo would be a good thing to use in a prison for studying the inmates mind? wether or not he buys the milk lol
Can have it's educational purposes.. but I'd rather thrash a shoot em up over a count em up with Sesame street's dracula

Aggression is defined only as an initiation of force. For example if you get **** drunk in a bar and decided to hit someone because you don't like his taste in clothing, that is considered aggression. If you're the one with the bad taste in clothing the drunk guy dislikes, and you fight back, then it's called self-defense or retaliation.

You have to pay more attention to the words you use.

We invaded Afghanistan, it wasn't considered an act of aggression because Afghanistan through their actions initiated force against the US.

Erm... I said I wouldn't comment, but DAMN! I hate my factual inaccuracies.

Yes, I would consider the invasion of Norway by the allies an act of aggression - it was a neutral country and it didn't ask for the Allies help. I'm not going to go any further into it - look it up.

I suppose it's fairly easy to justify the invasion of Afghanistan, though. They did implicitly support the actions and explicitly support the people who attacked the WTC.

Iraq, though, is different. According to early intelligence reports, Iraq was supposed to have "WMD"s. It turned out it was all a farce played out by Iraqi governmental officials to garner money from Saddam Hussein. There may very well have been some leftover Sarin, VX, mustard gas or whatever, but those things aren't WMDs, and they were not still being produced after the first Gulf War. Since this isn't my term paper, I'm going to link to wikipedia for this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iraq_War

And another thing - yes, I am a "liberal". This does not mean that I don't support democracy here or anywhere else. I would like Iraq to have a secular democratic government, but I don't think that invading them is going to effect that. Unless we, or the UN, leave an occupying force, Iraq will almost certainly turn into either a war-torn wasteland like Somalia or some sort of extreme religious monarchy/despotism/oligarchy/whatever (unfriendly to the US, of course). TANGENT WARNING: That is, of course, unless we attempt to prop up what looks like the winning junta, in an attempt to curry favour with them, as we have done with many other governments in the past. This practice goes against democratic principles, rather obviously. /END TANGENT

Now that we're there, though, we certainly have to do as much as we can to help them... and maintain our obvious ulterior motive of keeping their oil flowing (which, ironically enough, was probably largely thwarted by our invasion as we destroyed much of their infrastructure and have further destabilized the region).

The US did that to themselves!!! Go and watch 911-Loose Change, a documentary that is so far beyond Michael Moore's little rant it will blow your mind.

This might all be crap too but I guess Mulder had it right "trust no-one"

                  Peace.
