if you played bf42 or DC dronetek, u would know what that is...if not, its arty from the old school of bf42. a spotter can place a "camera" perse at a target, allowing arty to see the target, and see where their rounds fall, and adjust accordingly. i say AWESOME! DC was a great game and a totally different feel than what BF2 is now, so i dont think its redundant at all to have a mod like it side by side BF2

I did play 42, DC, POE, FH and every other mod that came out. Whats your point? I've been bitching about the loss of player controlled artty since bf2 came out. My problem is that all we see are updates. I know for a fact people are already moving on from BF2 to other games. If they dont get something out soon, I fear there wont be a community to play with.

Updates are for people to see the progress of the mod. If there were no updates, people would start "bitching" about Mod teams not showing enough. As of now, we just have to wait and see. The true fans of the mod will still wait for it no matter what.

I'm sorry to say it but when a mod team puts out media that low quality... I actually think an animated gif would have been prettier... it leaves a bitter aftertaste in my mouth. Or maybe thats the cheap energy drink in my hand. I dunno. Mobile Arty definately sounds kick-butt though.

I'm sick of the freakin updates. If you want to have any chance of people playing your mod, you better get something out. I cant even tell whats going on in that video. Can anyone else?

I'm sick of people complaining about mod teams not having their mods released yet. There doing the work, there doing it as a hobby, there doing it for free. There doing it for you.

Also, I am guessing you have never played '42 since you don't know whast gonig on in the vid.

Even now, years after the release of BF42 AND the release of Vietnam and BF2, there are many players. Even DC and DCF have many players. FH still has a good amount of players as well. Like Silversound said, this isn't much of an argument.

Are you a man with sway in the industry? do you sign their paychecks (lol)? If your so impatient for a FREE game that you might not play it cause you couldn't "wait", does that really matter?

I still play DC Daily. It's truly a great mod to aspire to. And ya, We're kill'n ourselves to get it done so chillax ma man.
