Sir. Mod v0.4 Released

The wait is finally over! The Sir. Mod has now officially been released to the public. Before downloading the mod, be sure to check out the preview we ran on it to learn even more about the mod. Here are just a few of the new gameplay additions:

• Signs and Billboards changed in Mec Cities.
• Flags Changed
• Mec and US Skins changed
• Hand Held Artillery.
• Mounted MG's replaced with artillery
• Flamethrower
• US APC with jet engine
• MEC APC with Helicopter engine
• Mounted Artillery on Jets
• Blackhawk Skin Changed.
• Barrels and other objects skinned.

I downloaded it but when i click to instal it nothing happens. Its a RAR file. Is that good or bad. Someone help i really want to play.
