PS - ken, I expect a product that freaking works when it's released. I expect bugs, too, but not **** like this (except, sadly, from EA/DICE). Oh, also, I just reformatted my computer, installed all the latest drivers, and reinstalled Battlefield 2 from scratch. I'm not anywhere close to the minimum system specs and I keep very good care of my computer. I am not the problem, and it's very condescending of you to suggest, however obliquely, that I am.

Well it works for me...sorry that it doesn't for you, although I do wish product support was more closely knit for bf2 but I can't expect everything to be perfect. I never said that YOU were the problem, I simply stated that for some it's user error, awfully presumptive eh. Either way, I'm done with this thread as I've been called everything from condescending to been told to shove it and all I've really done was state my opinion/experience with the game. See ya on the battlefield.

I agree with moody on this one cuz there is no other game having these kind of problems.Also these problems maybe on the users end but EA should fix them.

Off-topic: Has the ATi compatability issue been resolved? I can't seem to find any information one way or the other. My friend says it's still bothering him, and he's fairly technically competent, but can anyone else confirm it?

Sadly, no. Staying in 1.12 for a while, though, seems that you'd soon know everybody.

And Gabe, it's not there, so it isn't confirm, but keep praying if you want it.
