I am convinced that the ability to use correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation, is no guarantee of intelligence. I have seen people write like an "l33t haxor dude" make more good sense than people who write well - and vice versa. You still failed though.

I agree with Red Devil; a person's intelligence is in no ways defined by any single attribute, be it grammatical ability or understanding of quantum physics :)

Grammar and spelling are important because when it's ignored by the writer it jumps out at the reader. The words and sentences are supposed to disappear behind their content. For example: when I read your signature's quote, all I see is a mispelling of the word "damn". I have to mentally correct it, then reread, and only then can I appreciate the content. That's why grammar and spelling are important.

oh yeah, on topic... jofaba makes a lot of sense, especially when he writes.

You might want to update the jobs section of your site... it says you currently arent looking for staff.

No need to update it right now since the positions will be filled shortly.

Well-Put. Exactly the mentality behind my writing. Would have sent in an application, but just don't have the time as of now.

Wasn't saying they weren't important, just that they weren't indicators is all.

Never once did I suggest that grammar or spelling are not important. If you read my post, you will see that it doesn't have anything to do with it. Although thanks for pointing out the mispelling of 'damn', as insignificant an error as that happens to be.
