I still have not listened to an entire episode as of yet. These guys seem to be really dry to me. I don't know if it is just me or what, but I just cannot get into it. Sorry fellas.

ah they weren't to smart about the happenings with the SF Lag. Either way maybe EA will hear and bring some attention to it.

Glad to they stuck my question on their.

We can only tell you what we know and I have had no helicopter lag on SF that was not graphic setting related...

Its a slide show effect. It only happens in SF. Its related to something other then graphics lag. It has something to do with faulty coding. Dual SLI 7800 GTX's over 100FPS constant most of the time. I never slow down. So for my FPS to either (sometimes drop below 15, or completely freeze depending on what kind of lag it is, it is varies) it has to be fautly coding. Usually a reloading of bf2 sf fixes this.

Either way bringing some light to that maybe EA will hear it and fix it. Great job with the podcast guys....

Well I agree, there is a lack of spontaneousness from the show but all in all I don't expect you guys to be DJ's over night, you're doing a good job for the community. The most I liked about this show was the info from the kid about how to evade a bogey on your six. This is just my opinion and I am not patronizing your show in anyway but I liked that part very much. Perhaps you could invite more people on your show for a quick "Public Tactic of the Week" from the totalbf2 community bowl of players.

Thing's such as best places to put C4, part of the body to aim at for best kill ratio and larger hit percentage. There are loads of things that could be discussed, such as primary bases to take on the opening of a map. Best spot to hit a tank with rocket launcher.

Other things to discuss but you might not want to endorse is new software that might help lag and irq issues. New nVidia drivers, Ati drivers, AMD driver, chipset drivers. Third party driver reviews, Omega drviers, Warcat drivers, NGO drivers and the way they can help or cause slowdowns with BF2. Best soundcard drivers and such would be helpful so your show is a wide spectrum of things that would pertain to all issues people might want to know and stuff it might fix. It would be cool to have a Tech help area such as what Lizard was posting about.

But there are things that need to be known such as hardware because my recommendation to lizard would be to,

              1) Change setting in BF2 such as resolution to see if the problem still occurs.
              2) Disable Vsync via graphics card control panel software.
              3) Changing software drivers and making recommendations for ones that might help.

If the resolution change does not fix the problem then it would have to be a rendering issue in which a driver change might solve the problem. Also you're getting into a helicopter so more sounds are introduced which making the channels for your soundcard increase and have heavier traffic flow, so a driver for it might improve flow/processing. And knowing what hardware you have might tell you what the problem is off the start.

Off the top of my head I can think of a considerably cheap way to keep your rig clean using just Swiffer rags and placing them in front exhaust and intake fans of your case to keep dust and other materials from invading your rig.

There are loads of thing's that come to mind to bring up to the show to spread the word and I hope you take my opinion just as it is because your show is interesting with the information your provide and the Intel given, I think it would provide a bigger blanket to gamers alike if the show covered more topics and I am not saying more games, just more things that help users understand how to squeeze every ounce of juice from their PC to run this game and your show would be a beacon to them.

You know what your show sound like? Sound like you just started and you only done 10 episodes. Which is what it should sound like. I have been listening to you guys since the first episode (only 11 weeks ago). And it is getting better. Just listen to the frist 2 episode. And with the help of us, this forum and suggestion like A4D|Mofoka gave it will help to make it better. So everyone keep the comments and suggestion coming.

                    Keep up the good work.
