If it does this will mean Ultra-Killing!

The Missile will launch if it's not blown up in time - if it launches then the German side will lose the round. If you look at the screens that were posted you will notice the missile actually moving out of the launcher.

It's too bad you can't cut to a nuke explosion if the missile launches...if that was the case, I think I'd just pull up a lawnchair, sit on a rooftop and watch the fireworks.
