Brickfield Mod Update

After being silent for quite awhile, the team behind the Brickfield mod are back today with a new update. They have a ton of new in game shots to show. Here's what they had to say:

After a long break we can present you some novelties today. There are a few new hand weapons to see and some new Vehicle and Statics, too. For weapons there would be the AK-47, the Silenced Pistol and the Rocketlauncher. As new vehicles we have the RP unit (Policecar) and the Debaser (tank). With our Dune Patrol you can now do a Wheelie. We are also proud of the Brickfield explosion: the vehicles disintegrate into their individual parts which then fly through the air. Instead of a flaming explosion we have decided to use a rather comic-like “Pow!” or “boom!”. In our opinion this fits better into our scenario. Further we have our own localization files (Kill Messages, COMM, Squadleader) as well as an own HUD. Now lets continue to the pictures:

That's awesome and just amazing. I think thats Hilarious, and I love the transparent parts and the Blow Up Brick bits. Pretty bad ass. I recently applied for a job at lego, it was interesting I got to go up against a group of about 50 people in a build off lego contest for the job. I think I was on the top 15 but needless to say I didn't get a call back,

This just needs a map lego detail texture and some color and it will rock, fantastic mod :evil:

What would be cool is if they made my room as the map so I could play all my legos again in my room! It would be fun to drive all those lego tanks and stuff all over my carpet again in a digital world!

Awesome idea for a map. The mod looks lovely. I remember seeing a video teaser, and all those lego-men jumping around, it looked hillarious the way they walked, etc..:laugh:

Can't wait for their release.
