interesting to note these maps are most likely all gonna have the linebackers on them ala Euroforces so there should be no more bitching from the noobs that they dont have the tools to take down aircraft. You have your 2 aircraft, AA emplacements and a linebacker(s).

Looks like there is going to be lots of Helo whoring. At least they put a gunn on the scout helos. The MD 530 defender will be cool to scoot around with. Now if the only make the maps large enough to accomidate all this air and ground stuff. here is the EA string

Yeah EF was such a waste of cash... played it over the span of two weeks and that was about it. The only expantion which was remotely worth any kind of dosh was SF... I never did think EF was worth any kind of money as it was more of an update than what they liked to lable as a booster pack.

I'm stoked about the new urban maps... but seeing all the new aerial vehicles it means it's gunna be another boring aerial rapage map. Que fighting your own team for the attack helis and floating around the same target MG'ing ground troops the easy (and lame ) way. So either you get a heli or bomber and rape ground troops or your screwed :)

I hope this is less of a waste of cash than EF.
I wish BF2 was made by Epic games... I would have spent at least 40 € less on this series with all the "booster packs". :P

I think the A-10 will be overpowered. If any of u guys read about it, it has a 30mm vulcan cannon that shoots HEI (high explosive, uh, I forgot the last letter), armor piercing, or combination of both. Also, since EA doesn't know much about airplanes (ex. mistaken F-18 to be F-18 Superhornet (because the Superhornet has 2 seats), A/F (attack/fighters) such as the Su-34 and F-15, which isn't what u guys call "bombers", does not drop dumb bombs but only the bombs the co-pilot controls, and planes don't have 900+ rounds of bullets), EA will probably put "jet" abilities on the new planes (in which the plane goes really, really fast, as in beyond the speed of sound, in which the A-10, the Su-25 and the other plane can't fly at that speed. BTW, shouldn't that speed tear us apart in the battlefield?). The main weapons of these Attack planes a big cannon like the one of the Mi-28, the bombs that doesn't belong to the Su-34 and F-15, and cluster bombs. I don't think EA will get that right. (too much info?)

Funny, I've been to Pennsylvenia and I NEVER saw an A-10 parked on the interstate like that.

I'm sorta dissapointed though that there aren't any American urban maps. Driving a tank through Manhattan would have benn awesome.
