    TotalBF2 Interviews Eve of Destruction

I recently got a chance to interview Junglist of the Eve of Destruction mod. We were able to ask him a number of questions regarding many aspects of the up and coming modification. Here's a snippet from the interview including a few of the exclusive screens they have provided us:
TotalBF2: Given the large background and following of Eve of Destruction since the Battlefield 1942 days, how are you planning to keep the interest this time around?

Junglist: We are thankful to the people who have supported EoD throughout the years. We hope that we will maintain the feel of previous versions, so people who liked the previous versions should enjoy this. We also have the occasional "fun pic of the day" which forum regulars will be familiar with, where we release little teasers to those fans who frequent the forums.

TotalBF2: Will this version on Battlefield 2 be similar to the previous ones or add in new content not yet seen?

Junglist: In someways it will be very similar to previous versions, in the way of weapons, vehicles and maps. But we do have some great new content to be added in, at a later date, and I'm sure you will see some new maps in the first release too.

    Read the entire interview here!

I would once again like to thank Junglist of the Eve of Destruction mod for taking the time out to answer our questions as well as providing us with some exclusive media. Stay tuned for more updates and eventually the release of this exciting mod.

To many people over look EOD because Vietnam left a very bad taste in all our mouths. But not me, EOD coders are some of the most talented out there and you have to give them credit for taking on a genera that has all been played out and never given a proper game. I feel the first release will be very solid and enjoyable. Can only hope though a version is in my hands soon.

Very Nice Interview but where's the Huey?!?

EOD for bf1942 was one of my favorites (remember Easy?). The conflict for me makes perfect sense. Jungle fighting is more fun to me than City battles anyway. SO many great MODs this time around, its pretty exciting since I hate to spend money on games. lol

Looks great so far, but in that one sreenshot where you can see the trees - it looks like the skin is very stretched out, which makes it look bad. Just my 2c..

Ive reUVmapped and textured the trees. These may be some old screens from before I did that.
