A fellow clan member is stating this is zig-zag course change is the result

Thats just a normal course adjustment that happened from your movement.

and then says the AT missile and launcher

It is not heat seeking.

Is this true ? Because I think otherwise and that it does seek out heat at least in vehicles and armour.

If you hold the trigger down with the AT kit - the rocket follows where you point.

you only need to hold down the fire button for the eryx, the sraw can be guided with just one click to fire, and then just movement of the mouse.

when you drop the spent sraw the tracking stops. if you hold the trigger you can track all day long. i can't tell you how many long shots i've made because of this. it helps because you keep your crosshairs. you have no cross-hairs unzoomed.

get a dry erase marker and make a DOT in the middle of the screen= instant cross hairs so you dont have to move slower.

no it doesn't. laser-guided missiles lock on.

Well no, I mean like.. in the bombers, when there is nothing to lock onto, and the jet is going straight.

you are correct - you can guide the AGM's based on where your crosshairs are - but I just wanted to be clear so that we don't confuse the topic poster.
