the scene is from the movie called "Juba - Baghdad sniper", or something , in which he pops soldier after soldier. Many dont get up again. It's probably several snipers in the movie which is interesting. ! shot is filmed through the scope even!

Good thing the US spent atleast some money on personal armour instead of none, like the humvee right?
