Points and Patches?

do Points and Patches not update right away?? I played for 2 hours in a ranked server and must have earned 20+ points and a Basic Ground Defense Patch but they don't show up under BFHQ?? I am still at 31 points and no patches??

sometimes they show up right away sometimes not, like when i got 2nd lt it took like 24 hours but last night when i got expert engy combat it was there right away

Yeah, you need to allow a few hours for them to come through sometimes, especially if you're playing at a busy time like an evening or a weekend.

20 points in 2 hours of play?? Yikes! Not trying to be an ass here, but you may wanna practice a bit in single player...especially flying :) Remember, aim for the head too....

hey this is my first shooter game I am playing on-line give me a break and hey I'm not finishing last on the maps I am playing mostly karakand, weird thing happened yesterday I earned the basic ground and today I earned basic AA and the AA was awarded first still no Basic Ground yet... hmm do different servers take longer to report scores and patches??

LOL you got 8,000 kills and 10,000 deaths , i think you'd better keep quiet , BF2 was my first shooter 2 and it just takes some time to get used to it.

What you might be seeing is just lag on EA's stats server, but I get this happening alot.

Whe you play on a 24/7 server sometimes the map will be for 15 round or even 99. I think it was moder's karkand 24/7 where I earned my basic and vet knife badges, plus vet anti-tank, but it didnt show up for a day or two because BF2 sends the info to the servers when a new map is loaded. So you have to wait for the cycle of 99 to finish and for the map to reload for EA to even know you have earned those points.

Hello mate, welcome!
You WILL get used to stats taking ages to update, especially on weekends where Ea always seem to do some kind of server work.
Enjoy the game, try not to worry about the stats.
