Limiting Bot's weapons?

Hello Everyone,
I am trying to simulate a tiny battle between China and the USA with bots. I was wondering, is there a mod out there that allows you to limit what weapons the bots can have? Also, is it possible to have more bots on want team than the other? (On the battlefield, I am trying to give the chinese army an edge in troop numbers of 2:1, but to balance this, I want to allow the USA to possess better weapons)

Make a mini-mod and delete the AI capabilities from the weapons you don't want the bots to use...if that helps...

I remember reading somewhere that there was.
