Are you trying to use EA's Credit Card service?

I'm trying to download it directly from EA's servers... https://account.ea.com/commerce/main...en_GB&curr=EUR
            What do you mean?

I think its something with my firewall or anti virus program that blocks something... if I turn ZoneAlarm off nothing happens, if I use Explorer insted of FireFox nothing happens... I tried turning off Norton Antivirus but didnt succeed :S

Okay - let's say your expiry date is 10/06.
What are you selecting and putting down in the expiry boxes?

                              Ah HA!
There is the answer to all computing problems - seriously unistall.

If you are using 2005 and over, disable any trace of Norton Anti Spam which you can find in your main window.
