Question with Controls

I wanted to change my crouch action, to Alt, because that's what it always is and I checked throughout the controls section and it said that Alt was already taken, which is clearly wasn't. Can anyone give me some advice. Thanks.

Alt is taken by the 3D map on/off.

3D Map is under Miscellaneous.

3d map shows all the distance markers, and flags, and health/ammo icons, and stuff

Just a warning: When you remap your crouch key, it still uses crtl as duck down when you're manning a mounted machinegun. That little gem confused the hell outta be fer awhile.

I already knew where the box was. It was actually the patch that prevented me from getting it, but when I changed the crouch to left Alt it doesn't work. It still thinks "C" is crouch key.

You can have multiple binds for each activity. Click on the bind that has 'c' and press escape to clear it. Then add Alt as your bind.

I did that also, but it still read crouch as what it was, not Left Alt.
