  • Playing EF on another computer?

Sorry if this has been covered before.

I am leaving on vacation next week to see my brother in el paso, tx.

I have bought, BF2, SF and the new EF booster pack.

When I install my games again on his second computer and login will I be able to play Euro Forces?

What do I need to do?

well, im not 100% sure but im presuming you will have internet access, then in theory you should be able to just download the ea downloader, then login to your account using that.

once logged in then if you install bf2, sf, download and install euro from your account, then download and install the 1.22 full patch from your account then just login to bf2 as normal.

not 100% sure, but am about 85% sure it'll work!

Re: Playing EF on another computer?

EF is tied to your bf2player name so you will be OK as long as you use the same playername.

As others have said, remember to reinstall the full 1.22 patch "after" installing EF.

To install EF, it will say you need to 1.21 patch, but just use the full 1.22 patch, it will work fine. Reinstall the 1.22 patch after installing EF.

Yeah, its redundant, but you need to do it. The 1.22 full patch has all of the fixes from prior patches so you do not need any of the earlier patch files.

Re: Playing EF on another computer?

So does all this imply that many different people could play EF on a single computer under their account names as long as they had all purchased it individually?

Re: Playing EF on another computer?

Yes, the game is tied to the account name, so as long as each account had purchased the game it'll be able to play it on any computer. (providing everything is installed)

Yeah probably, just use a different login.
