Answer is no. They will not include anymore unlocks because of the amount of memory the Game already utilizes and takes up, IIRC.

Do you realise that with every unlock and new addition, the game's preformance will decrease and the load on RAM will go up?

Think about it for a moment... if there's anything that can be used by anyone in the game, it needs to be loaded into Ram. The model, the animations, and the sound effects. It might seem like a simple thing... but it's not.

True I developed this opinion pre 1.2, where access to more SAM sites would have been good.

However I still see way too many scores like 80-2 or something in maps with jets/heli.

I also see it on some tank maps, but that just means your team is playing like puddings. You've got AT mines, SRAW/Eryx's, TOW's, other tanks/APC's, C4 and Artillery to take care of tanks.
