    1 Shot Prone Zoomed Deviations

Hey all! I was wondering how good normal, non-sniper type weapons are at sniping from medium range. I grabbed the calculation for deviation from BF2s, and came up with this little chart that shows deviation of all the guns, 1 shot, prone, zoomed....last column. Remember any gun over 33 damage will give you a one shot kill to the head....thanks to [DUCKS]Black_Duck_1 for his excellent weapons chart that some of this info was taken from.

The problem is that this doesn't take into account that some of the weapons have a scope which makes it easier to aim at people at large distances. This is incredibly important when it comes to sniping; the accuracy on a gun might be better, however, it is harder to aim at the same time.

Very true...that is the very reason I like to use the m4 over the g36c for example. Just the deviation is certainly not the whole picture, but gives people an idea what to try out.....hint....the L85......:)

hey modmaven, that indeed is a cool chart. I also started using the M4 a lot lately. I have rethought my position on the G36C, and feel the M4 is better for me.
