What GFX card should i buy for under $275

i just bought a alienware laptop with intel graphics (and yes they are upgradeable) and i wanted to know what card i should buy with my remaining 275......what card will i get more bang for my buck?

if ur laptop supports MXM , nvidia upgradable graphic for laptop, Ill definitly go with 6800 and up

Um. Not my cup of tea, I'm backing out of this one. I have yet to even attempt to build a laptop. Sorry.
