BF2 has attracted the interest of many people that are 21+. This is because the people that began playing consoles and PC games from the begenning are all between 20-50. I know a lot of people a lot older than me that play CSS, BF2, DC, BF1942, etc. Nothing wrong with that.

I don't see what age or having kids has to do with anything. Video games have been around for a long time and even those of us with kids have been playing them since we were kids. But if you must know, 36 with 2 kids, 1 of which is 8 and plays this game online.

yar when i turned 21 i was like i wanna go out and drink!!
yea, i drank a little, and now i only drink on special occasions. lots of fun, but not that great for you, and it requires a good amount of time if youre going to get completely drunk

unfortunately forums rarely indicate a proportionate result compared to the entire players of a game.

you can clearly see that there are many more whiners, people with problems running BF2, clan members, more powerful computers, higher scores... etc.

this is because the vast majority of BF2 players run it just fine and play casually, and very rarely if ever come on to these forums.

because of this, the "hardcore" with 4 billion points, a 7800 GTX super computer, 30 years old etc, are more prevalent in forums than among the entire population of a game.

there is something that may even come as more of a shock: People sometimes LIE on the internet? can you believe it? not everyone who says they have a 5000 dollar computer actually has one! same deal with the signatures, i can pretend to be blazin uk as well.

thats why everytime i see a clan with "18 or older" i shake my head at their idiocy. unless maybe you need to mail a birth certificate?

First baby will be here in ~3 weeks. I already have him listening to "Ride of the Valkries" by Wagner as well as "Band of Brothers" in the Books on CD format, and we will be doing hand-eye-mouse coordination drills as soon as he is home from the hospital.
