Unmodified content to play

[Sleazy]

Just downloaded and installed Euroforces....but of course it doesn´t work...Have tried to connect to a number of different servers, but when the map is loaded and I click join it throws me back to the multiplayer screen with a window stating:

"This server only allows player with unmodified content to join. Revert to your version of Battlefield 2 to the current official version to join."

What kind of BS is this?? I have BF2 and the latest patch installed, nothing else. I can still play the normal B2 and special forces maps, but not Euroforces.

Why can´t I play the Euroforce maps? Anyone else have this problem?

i also am having this problem i think it had somthing to do with the 1.22 patch dont quote me though im not too sure .

Any help would be appreciated :)

I've got the same problem here, updated BF2 to 1.22 and there the problems started. I've only got about 40 servers in the server list (normally this amount would be much higher) and when I want to join the game it kicks me because of a 'modified content'. Allready re-installed BF2 and the patch, didn't work.

Ok I had the same problem but i fixed it, this is what you need to do:
Uninstall bf2 and euroforce
Delete everything during uninstall(profiles screenshots, etc etc)
Download patch 1.21 FULL
Then install bf2
Install 1.21 FULL
Install Euroforce
Download 1.21-1.22 Incremtal patch
Install and it should work!

Should just have to reinstall the full 1.22 patch "after" installing EF.

The EF download was done after the 1.22 patch was installed, so reinstall it.

or you could reinstall the full pactch a couple of times...cause im not deleting my profile,all my stats..no way!

When you reinstall you dont lose your account. All you have to do is retrieve it at the login menu.

i HATE that after every patch i have to freakin uninstall reinstall. bf2 gameplay is so good, why does it have to have so many problems in the way of being perfect?

I want to do a full reinstall of everything (I own SF and EF)... but even though I'm an intelligent man, I have no idea which order to install these various packs and patches so that I don't get this stupid bug.

Can anybody give me the full order with both EF and SF and the patches?

I had the same issue and so did my room mate... we both just ran the full 1.22 patch again.. It worked ..we can both get into the Euro Force maps again. I tried this approach rather than rushing into uninstalling..reinstalling everything.
