Screen Recorder

Does anyone know a good Screen Recorder so I can record some of my BF2 fights?

I've tried Fraps and many other things but they all make my game lag when I start recording. I've seen some of the movies people make like "Mine" and "Mine2" but i dont get how they do it. Isnt it the Battlerecorder?

Does Battle Recorder make ur game lag when you use it?. ANd if not can someone please explain to me how to use it and make it where i can post it on the net so other people can view?. I read the tutoral once but it was really confusing.

as i have never made or been in a movie myself I do not know for bf2, in Counter Strike we just used fraps because the game and computer could handle it.
But yes, im pretty sure they use battlerecorder AND fraps or just battlerecorder, but I only know how to use fraps.
