EA ...when are you guys pumping out some of those calling cards with the
EF keys on them?
Im getting really sick of vanella and wanna get some Euro maps played.

If your too cheap to cut some out ...dam ..man print them on paper.
I wont give a chit. I just need the key.:hmm:

Cos he aint as stupid as i am. He doesnt want to spend weeks trying to get it to work like i have. Beleive me, he is a lot smarter than i am.

My EF Download worked perfectly the first time AND I didn't even download it on the PC that i have BF2 installed on. Downloaded, transferred to other PC, Installed, Played.

Same, minus the different PC thing. EA Downloader is great. It's a much easier way to get patches than trying to use the various downloading sites.

Well then (no offense) but you are either very ignorant or too stubborn to move on to new technology. A very surprising reply from you Wargimp. You're usually more open minded that this.

You still have to Download it even if you purchase it over the counter because you don't actually get the software. So you're honestly just wasting time, money and gas just to go to a store to make yourself feel more secure.

Get over yourself and just use the downloader.

Downloading Purchased software is the future.

Personal issue.
I've been burned via on-line transactions in the past and now I'm just not a fan. When I can walk into a store, slap down my money, and get a recipt, I know I've got someone I can turn to if stuff goes wrong.

You also can't hack cash.

I may be a little irrational on this, but previous experience cost me dearly... and from a company that everyone thinks they should be able to trust (I had to sign an non-disclosure as to the company's name in order to recoup my loss after a long struggle).

I heard in germany that there were some key cards realesed to the public.
or somthing along those lines.I heard that later on EA was to realise key cards for EF in stores. Like a phone card.

But the fact of the matter is I dont have a single credit card to my name.
nore do I have a paypal account or feel the need to go thru all of it just to order a 10 doller booster pack.

I have no problems about downloading it but..how do I recive my key if I cant pay ......get my drift.

Most of my freinds dont have one or racked them so high that It would be insane to use it (red light flashing and all).

And the further out of the family circle I go to the wierder the looks Im bound
to get. LIKE. hey buddy can I borrow your credit card for the night.
Ill have it back to you tomorrow..promis.

What realy sucks ars ..is that Armored furey is going to ROCK.

You're actually quite correct. They did release those things in a limited number of countries... I believe only to countries that don't have credit card trade support, but I really don't know the details.

Me... I'm just a bit old fashion in some ways. I don't like paying for something when I can't put it in my hand in some way. I don't like using my credit card on-line (actually, I can't now thanks to the previously mentioned issue I had). I do like supporting Mom and Pop shops. I purchase all my games, hardware, and stuff (even my groceries and meat) at smaller shops just because I prefer to give atleast some of my money to the various little guys.

I just don't see me picking up a booster until I can put cash on a counter.

No need. It's a rock and a hard place situation. Do you really think the EF booster would of been $9.99 if EA had had to package it and ship it to stores world wide?

By making it a download they have kept the cost down, but of course there are going to be people like yourself who don't have a credit card to buy it. I suppose the only solution would be to give the money to someone with a credit card and get them to buy it for you.
