Does artillery count as kills? I've heard people say it doesn't, yet others say they got their vet badges usign artillery. Does it count or not?

It used to count as kills, now it doesn't. It still counts towards the commanders point total, but he/she doesn't get actual kills for it.

you might not see your kills in the game.. but you do see them in the global stats. You can get badges that require kills just by using arty. You don't get any points for them... but the kills sure do count.
