Your funniest moments in BF2

I have a couple, one is when I got blown up and was stuck on top of a telephone pole on Karkand, but the funniest was last night on Karkand 64 map. I was a spec op and using my trusty G36C and I spawn at the warehouse and I was about 20 feet away from a mec soldier on the second floor. I was right next to the crates(which may have save me) because I spent 2 magazines on the guy and he about the same, before he died. I had 1/4 life left. I mean we were so close and we could kill each other for nothing. Usually I am on with this weapon at so close of a range, but it was like a sceen out of "Police Squad" I was in the prone and he was standing and just firing away at a black hole.

Anyone else have and funny moments in game?

I play with a couple of friends and we always use ventrillo.

So one day one friend is playing as commander and I join the server. We are MEC on sharqui and I spawn at the middle uncappable where the tank spawns.

So anyway, he tells me that there is a sniper in the base and he spots him for him. So I walk up to the guy and knife him. He didn't even see it coming.

Next time I die I say "hey buddy, is that sniper here?" He spots him and I go and knife him again.

Next time I die, same thing, i spawn, he spots, I knife.

I get 4 knife kills on this guy. Eventually we take a couple of bases and I stop spawning at that base.

I am watching the chat channel and the who I knifed 4 times says "COME AND GET ME, IDOITS!!! I AM IN YOUR OWN BASED! MUAHAHAHAHHA"

I almost lost it. However, he asked for it, so I went back and knifed him again. Me and my friend got a good kick out of that. The guy finished the round with 0 kills and 5 deaths. Classic.

well lets see, we had a WFL Party last week with people from all the clans/teams of the WFL playing infantry only on 32 player karkand map, We were US and defeated the Mec but the server had that glitch where even though the entire other team was dead it wouldnt end till the tickets slowy ran out and it seemed everyone gathered at the hotel and was running around kinda like in mine 1 but instead it was the US then one of my teammates layed out all his c4 and boom about 20 bodies flying into the air, man i wish i had fraps going at that moment it was hilarious

Luckily I have screenshots of my funnies moment. Happened yesterday! Myself and a clanmate were capping the TV station on Sharqi by ourselves, so we both died a few times. One of the times he came back as a zombie. I asked him to pose for a screenie and during the pause that happens when you take a screenshot two USMC came up the ladder, knifed him and grenaded me. We both laughed untill we couldn't breath at our own stupidity!!!

how do you respawn as a zombie. I know some folks can replicate it.
Does someone have to take your weapon while your dead?
Does it depend on time to revive, in other words if you revive them like instantly ...maybe.
I've seen em playing, just yesterday as a matter of fact.

Yeah, it sucked, but it was just too funny.

You're a zombie whenever you get revived and your kit is not near you. He died on the stairs and his kit ended up far away.

i guess my funniest....err rather most surprising moment was on Kubra Dam

my buddy and i were US and flying the cobra...i was flying he was gunning...we were heading toward the flag that is in the middle of the dam...you know the hole in the wall right above the round hole at the lowest portion...well the chopper was down to 4 health and there was an enemy tank and apc near the flag trying to cap it...i was heading full speed towards them and my buddy fired his tv and took out the apc...at this point i wanted the tank so i kept going and took him out with my rockets..

at this time we are like 10 ft from hitting the wall so i know we cant pull back...full throttle i toss us by the flag and somehow barrell roll the chopper over and pull out on the other side unscathed...miraculously (sp?) he and i were screaming at the top of our lungs over voip and couldnt stop laughing...we tried to do it again lata but it aint happening...once in a lifetime thing i guess!

Using my grappling hook to climb onto the very top of the mosque, I mean standing on top of the little circle on the peak of the golden dome... in itself, that was awesome random luck, but then, here comes the SAS in their little skull-caps...

So I start shooting, and they start running around in circles, without the slightest idea where the incoming fire was orginating from. Got a couple, then the rest got smart and capped the flag out of my line of sight.

But they never did figure out where the "Man on the Mosque" was.

Thanks to UAV I knew a guy was going to be coming out from behind a wall and I went prone and just waited for him. Well, he comes crawling out in the prone position and I let him have it with the PKM (pre-1.21 patch) and he dies with 1/2 his body in the street and the other 1/2 still behind the wall. So now I see a medic coming to revive him and he's hiding behind the wall. The medic zaps his legs, revives him and starts to run off. So I kill him again. The medic comes back, zaps his legs and starts to run off. So I kill him again. The medic...(well you get the picture). I can just imagine this guy screaming into his screen, "STOP REVIVING ME!!!"

After the 5th time I killed him, I finally decide to show some mercy and run around the corner and take out the medic as well. A couple seconds later the guy that I kept killing sends out a msg thanking me for killing his *teammate*.

no way dude i was in that apc how the crap did that happen i thought u were gonna suicide and bail out but you through the bloody base lol that was a kick ass moment i guard that spot to the bone man and i have to say although you went clean through it at an ackward angle it was some bloody fluke
