Rank not changing, but global score is...

Searched the forum, unsuccessfully.

I have a global score of 861, but am still a Private First Class. The progress towards next rank is "172.2%", meaning I should have been a Lance Corporal 361 points ago. I wasn't given a weapon unlock either. I started this account at the same time as a friend; he has GS 663 and is ranked properly and got the unlock. I have only played on the same servers and at the same time as him, and have better stats, medals, etc, yet do not get promoted past Private First Class.

Any ideas? Here is my info:

No ideas... You broke the rank machine! Try making it to 1000%!

this is a bug, i have the same problem.. dont worry though, it will promote u when time's coming

Since 1.21 came out. (or maybe even 1.2 not sure). the progress bar is bugged, but the rest of the system isn't, so don't worry.

I joined a server and got a kill and it promoted me to Lance Corporal, and on the next kill it promoted me to Corporal and gave me two unlocks when I left the server, so I guess my problem is fixed.

i have this same problem as i haven't gone up a rank despite getting all my badges and yeah it shows me at 170% or somthing like that i emailed EA and they apologised but said they couldn't do anything about it.

Which is lame IMO, i mean i mailed them they know who i am and that i have a problem how hard can it be for them to set my account to the next rank manually for me?
