Medic Error and Granade

Ok since the latest patch, I was playing as medic and throwing out medic packs but only one would through, after that I would spam the radio with 'Get medic here' or what ever they say, but not actually throw anything. It doesnt happen all the time but it does happen ocasionally.

I also noticed that occasionally when throwing a granade, on the first granade you wouldnt get the animation, which made it hard to know when to jump, in fact I didnt even know if it was going to throw at all!

Well I dont seem to be having the Nade problem or the Medic Bag problem... But I DO get Defribrilator Lag all the time... Id be going :

And the defribs wouldnt work... Also, when I try to revive people next to walls or on stairs... they dont come back to life... T.T

On the other end, sometimes I throw two grenades or two medic packs or to supply packs. Most of the time, it happens by jumping and clicking quickly with a pack in your hand.

This happens because you dont have enough recharge bar left to use your shock paddles or throw another medic pack.

yeah the granade throwing bug is annoying...the animation goes out of sync or doesnt work and then a granade pops out of you from nowhere right infront of you just as your teammates are close by........boom
