For all I understand, No, unless you make a new account. Even then, you will still be banned for a server(if that's what you are trying to do.)

Trying to do what? I was asking because my password for everything I use is different from my BF2 password and wanted to change it.

No there is no way to change your password without making a new account, as Mr. Strike said.
