No kidding man. I play at all low (view distance 100%) and best FPS of like 25-30. I figure I've been playing with a handycap from day one so when I do upgrade (this time to some badass equipment) I'll be RAMBO! lol.
What really ****ed me off was that I put aside $700 bucks for the card alone. Then I go to the store where I bought my PC (Circuit City) and grab the best card they had at like $600 only to be told "oh, that won't work with the computer you bought".....wtf?? So I spent the money on other crap, much to my wife's pleasure, lol.

I've set mine at low most of the time anyway, even though Half Life 2 on full tilt is smooth. I guess in online gaming is less about the quality of a screenshot and more about what's happening. Single player I'll go High everything because it's pretty haha

Well i tryed all on High with AA4x 1280x1024 , but its not running smooth . i mean it freezes alot.Now i managed to get it run smooth by turning some of the effects down a bit. Lighting , shadows -MED
Also when i open BF2 now i turn off explorer.exe and some other aplications in Taskmanager.
