I don't think think it should be restored, but the splash damage should be increased a little.

It should have a slightly larger radius. I saw it explode almost right next to someone and I didn't even get a kill damage assist which means less than 50 dmg. No he did not pick up a health pack.

I think people have to learn to take advantage of the bodyarmor and the G3. Or just get some skills in another class.

I kinda agree.

Actually, I'd like to see a mode detailed damage model. A tight "killzone" (just a couple feet) with a larger (less damaging) fragmentation zone with your usual fall off.

This would make it possible to score kills with (near) direct hits and blow up vehicles, but you could also use it as an area supression (spam) weapon to soften more people up. It would also limit the effectiveness of short range GL use (Aka, noobtoobing). You'd be more likely to catch a piece of "Ow".

Are you one of the guys still running around with the greande launcher as a primary weapon? cuz, there was this one guy who kept trying to gl me from below as i shot down at him from a roof. I mean this guy kept coming at me like 3 to 5 times trying to gl me while i was in the same spot.

The gl is right where is needs to be. Its not meant to be a close combat weapon. If anything, its there to make the enemy shift cover. Assault isn't a sniper, so its not one shot one kill. Its ventilate, ventilate, and turn him to paste.

Grenande lanunchers need a boost actually
And the bouncing nades are pretty gay actually

For a few time, I shot my GL to a vechicle running toward me and it bounced off..............

I think people have to learn to take advantage of the bodyarmor and the G3. Or just get some skills in another class.

And I think unlocks are for noob haxors that have never played a match against another group and dont understand its better to get skill with standard weapons than gay unlocks

Then don't shoot with your GL on a vehicle :p

And its ok as it is now. Even if the nades bounce, they still kill you if someone shoots at you with it close up. So plzzz. Let the GL rest and move on :)

i dont use it much but when i do i can rack up some long distance kills (what it was intended for)

LOL indeed those 1337 n00b hax0rs, uhu uhu...

I play 32 versus 32 organised every week, so try again and don't offend people on their opinions. I prefer unlocks because you can use them on all sides, which gives you a good chance to specialize your skill. Skill with a G3 can be used on any side, while M16 and AK can't be used on all sides.

I really do think that the noob toob is underpowered now.

I never had a problem with it's blast radius or strength before. The problem was the idiots who jumped around over your head and blasted you while you were on the ground.

They could have easily fixed that with just stopping shooting while in the air and/or increasing the arming time (or actually just introducing it). Nerfing the blast radius was completely unnecessary.

I have not had ahuge issue with it, but there was a time where there were two guys less than 3 meters apart, I put a gl right in between them and it didn't kill either of them. There should have been no way either should have survived that.

Assault has been nerfed so much that people hardly play it anymore unless they are going to use the G3. The kit needs that extra edge to take be able to take out other players more easily. . .that is their job. The support kit is almost as good at taking people out, but they also have infinite ammo as well and the extra ability to get points by spamming ammo bags.

I think the game would be more balanced if it had a slight increase in the blast radius. . . even returning it to the old blast radius would, in no way, make the kit overpowered.

GL is supposted to shoot against vechicles as EA stated before........
