    Shiney Sandbags and rocks

Anyone experience this after the patch? I never had a problem before, but now must of the short waist high walls have this shiney metallic look.

I have had it before. You need to uninstall and clean and then re-install your video card's latest drivers.

Thanks, I'll give that a try. Any idea why this would have started happening all of a sudden. I have an Nvidia 6800GS by the way, and I know the drivers aren't the latest ones.

Something to do with the patch reseting the shaders. After the 1.22 patch I joined a server and had my shaders optimized. Got the shinny sandbags, quit game, went into bf2 folder and deleted my profiles, started game back up, no more shinny sand bags.

          My Documents/Battlefield2/mods/cache(?)/delete all folders

I think this is the default path, can someone confirm? Don't want the guy to delete unecessary stuff :)

I tried this for vanilla and for SF. I deleted the folders in the cache folder for both bf2 and xpack which is SF and I still have this problem after shaders are optimized. I never had this problem before 1.22 so what did Dice do now?
