Patch Lag - Email/Post being sent to EA

Hi Guys, I too have this problem with the patches ****ing up every thing with my game. The studder lag is unbearable and i cannot stand it anymore. Several people have wasted the $1.95 a min on the phone with EA Tech support just so they can be told its an isolated issue.

I set up this hotmail account for everyone to email so i can get a list and give it off to EA, to prove to them its not an isolated thing.

I have a contact who works for EA as well that will help push this along.

Comments: Well since my System Requirements are quadruple the recommended, and I only get the studder with BF2, I believe this is an issue on EA'S part.

Emailed my specs

I experience no lag or performance issues with any other online game and experienced no such problems with BF2 until patch 1.21 and 1.22. So im guessing its the patch and not my PC.

I get Freeze-Lag, Skipping-Lag and "There is a problem with your connection".

Yeah i was playing BF2 on average 6hrs a day, on weekends it was around 18 hrs a day. Even used work vacation days to play.

But, once patch 1.21 came out, i stopped playing altogether. I tried a few times since then to play. But, the lag makes the game unplayable for me. So i am now playing America's Army and other online games instead. Thanks EA

Email sent. I just installed 1.22 last Friday night and got the same stuttering problem and low FPS that everyone is complaining about. It didn't kill the whole game experience but it was noticeable.

I've lowered my settings and it lessens the problem but its still very bad. I cant really play the game right now, its kind of unplayable still.

Have you guys tried doing this - start> Run type services.msc [enter]. In the screen that pops up look for a service named "wireless zero configuration" select it, and click stop this service in the upper left corner.
Play BF2 and let me know the results....
