Hind and Apache in Special Forces.

Whenever I play an online game of Special Forces and pilot the Hind or Apache I get a hiccup every 5 seconds while flying.

Understand that this is only in SF, only in the Hind or Apache, only in the pilot's seat, and only in an online game. It is fine in my own server, it is fine in the gunner's seat, and both transport helicopters in SF are fine while flying or gunning. Also, this is the only type of stutter or video lag I get...period.

Anyone have this same problem? Or have fixed it?

I have this problem and it makes me not want to even bother flying. Other people seem to have no problems flying because there's usually a lineup for the helicopter. I don't get the bug in Surge, though, which is weird.

Yeah it seems to change depending on the map actually.

From worst to least it seems to go: Leviathan, Ghost Town, Mass Destruction, Iron Gator, Surge.

I always wondered if it had to do with a laggy gunner/pilot depending on where your sitting. Unless your getting it solo as well.

Yup, solo too. It is definitely something to do with the connection...or maybe how the server handles it. At least it is only those two choppers though...could be worse. Right?

Well if you count the other HIND it's all three of them. I love being a pilot, either plane or chopper, and this makes SF much less fun for me. I mean how would people like it if tanks lagged to hell for no reason at all? Then again tanks don't require complete control at all times not to explode.

Sometimes you can just put it out of your head and keep flying like nothing is wrong, but other times it gets under your skin.

The worst part is that it makes you look like a ****ty pilot. You crash in a completely stupid situation and your gunner gets ****ed at you, then someone else who magically has no lag tags the chopper

Well, it isn't much of a loss on some maps. For example: Ghost Town...mobile AA and mounted AA sites locking on to you as soon as you hop in the chopper gets pretty annoying. I think that map has more AA sites than Daqing Oilfields.
